Hemorrhoids are a concern for many people in the world today. However, the affliction has long been known to people and there are many wonderful home remedies and all natural solutions to this problem. These vary with the local area, and by cultural preference, but one type of treatment has consistently been used for its soothing effect on this painful affliction.

Another common and simple hemorrhoid home remedy is the application of ice and heat to shrink the hemorrhoid and encourage it to heal. Apply ice, such as a single ice cube, to the hemorrhoid or the anal area, for at 10 minutes every day. Then apply a moist, warm towel to the anal area for up to 20 minutes. This is best done after an aggravating bowel movement that has caused pain or irritation to the hemorrhoid.

These vary with the local area, and by cultural preference, but one type of treatment has consistently been used for its soothing effect on this painful affliction.

Hydrotherapy is another home treatment used to relieve hemorrhoids. Simply soaking your body in a warm bathtub has been shown to reduce the swelling that a condition of severe hemorrhoids causes. Hydrotherapy works by causing the vessels in and around the rectal region to relax, which in turn reduces swelling.

A UTI is an infection of the urinary tract. While it is painful, it is usually not overly serious and is easily treated. The urinary tract becomes infected when bacteria is introduced into the tract. The most common cause of a urinary tract infection is from bacteria that lives in your digestive tract and is tranferred to your urethra. Once this bacteria enters the urethra, it travels upwards and can cause infection in the urinary tract or bladder. Sexual intercourse is a common cause of UTI’s because during sexual activity, bacteria is moved from the vaginal area into the urethra. Another cause of UTI’s is waiting too long to urinate. This causes your bladder to weaken, in which case it may not empty completely and some urine will be left in the bladder. This will increase your chance of a urinary tract infection.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) is a painful condition that causes one or more of these symptoms within the abdomen; diarrhea, constipation, cramping and bloating. IBS affects the Large Intestine where stool is stored. Although IBS is very painful, it is not a disease. It is called a functional disorder, which means that the Large Intestine is not functioning properly, which causes the discomfort within the abdomen. Women are known to show the symptoms of IBS more than men. Some of these women may notice an increase in their symptoms during their menstral cycle.

Privileged to boast a stable financial and social atmosphere and not be affected by the results of vitamin deficiency are several countries. This type of ailment is more common place in the underdeveloped locations of the world. However, vitamin deficiency in a more minor role is prevalent in every country. The reason for a great deal of the poor eyesight that people have can be linked to an ongoing minor deficiency of vitamin A even though an ailment such as blindness due to a vitamin A deficiency is never thought of in a developed country.

The health benefits of omega3 essential fatty acids have been well publicised recently and it is becoming well known that most of us are deficient in the omega3 oils that are so important to our good health. Omega 3 essential fatty acids are found in fish oil, which obviously comes from fish. But if fish are contaminated with Mercury then what should we do?

A recent study published this year has examined the levels of Mercury contamination in fish and in the north Pacific Ocean. According to the results of the study the levels of Mercury in the North Pacific has increased 30 percent from’96 to 2006.

Many natural testosterone supplements come from unnatural sources. That is one reason why just the phrase “natural testosterone supplements” makes many people skittish. They might forget “natural” and start thinking of things having nothing to do with sex. Things like steroid scandals.

Many testosterone supplements come from a lot of unnatural sources. Moreover, many people deploy them for a lot of artificial performance enhancement. In addition, the performance is not even close to the major (and intimate) performance that men with falling testosterone want to enhance. (Especially men over thirty, some more profoundly than others, which is why they may need testosterone supplements.)

There are now clear benefits established of the benefits of DHA, and these extend to health benefits for a fetus or growing baby. Studies have shown that over 90 percent of us are deficient in DHA, (together with EPA), the 2 most essential fatty acids. These are found in fish oil. Breastfeeding mothers and pregnant mothers have powerful reasons to supplement their diet with omega 3 supplements containing DHA and EPA. There are many benefits of breastfeeding, and one of the best breastfeeding tips for nursing mothers is to maintain the levels of DHA in her breast milk.
